Unemployment is not a state of being!   Transform, reinvent, inspire, re-create, re-purpose, rejuvenate - you must live your life as if each one is your last.   And when you land your job, you'll be able to say "that was time well-spent."
I love my work, and consider it a calling. It is my privilege to work for 15 years for the global leader in career management.

I partner with individuals - professionals and executives - in helping them transition quickly through job loss to regain their self-confidence and achieve their career goals.

So - how long does it take to land a job?

There is no “crystal ball," but speed of landing increases with coaching, tools, branding, strategy, and strong networks of advocates.

I help profesionals succeed through:

►Career Coaching. There’s a lot of information available – individualized strategy and feedback from an expert will shorten the learning curve. I'm known for tactical, insightful, strategic and positive counsel.

► Mastery of Social Media. A Subject Matter Expert in LinkedIn, I pioneered training in 2008, and currently serve as an Advanced LinkedIn trainer.

►Network of Alliances. I create tools and branding that attract people who will advocate and take action. I selectively tap my inner circle to help open doors.

My Personal Philosophy

►Unemployment is not a state of being.
►Living a joyous life while in job search is critical to landing a job.
►Take time for self-renewal: learn new skills, reconnect with family and friends, volunteer and resurrect old hobbies. Becoming whole again is essential for influencing connections to "stick their necks out" and to motivating hiring officials to say "we want you."

On A Personal Level

I'm transforming my life through active participation in Weight Watchers, play pool competitively, and love to karaoke. I'm grateful for my special circle of extraordinary friends.
